Laura Camila Rivera
Founder & CEO
Laura founded CAMI Studio in 2021 after a decade at the intersection of marketing, operations, and social impact. She saw organizations with transformative missions struggling to communicate their value and scale their reach. Not from lack of ambition, but from lack of infrastructure. CAMI was her answer.
Before CAMI, she led marketing and communications for advocacy campaigns and nonprofits across the U.S., building teams, launching programs, and translating complex policy work into stories people could actually connect with.
A founding board member of several mission-driven organizations, Laura brings both strategic depth and hands-on execution to every engagement. She believes the best creative work earns its keep operationally. And that the organizations changing the world deserve systems worthy of their ambition.
